Rick Balboni
Rick Balboni is a lifelong South Windsor native dedicated to family, community, and service. A graduate of South Windsor High School (Class of ’88), he built his life here—raising three daughters, running local businesses, and giving back through coaching, church service, and community programs.
An Eagle Scout and veteran of the Connecticut Army National Guard, Rick brings leadership, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility to everything he does. His service on the Town Council (2023–2025) showed his commitment to protecting taxpayers, reducing wasteful spending, and ensuring decisions reflect the needs of the entire community—not just the loudest voices.
Now, Rick is ready to continue serving South Windsor by promoting responsible growth while preserving the small-town character we all cherish. With deep roots, proven dedication, and a clear record of putting residents first, Rick is the voice South Windsor deserves.
