South Windsor Resident since July 2003, transferred from the Philadelphia suburbs in May 2003, selected South Windsor for the schools and the family-oriented community.
One daughter, Kaitlin, who graduated from South Windsor High School and Central Connecticut State University, now married. Kaitlin’s rescued 30-year-old Arabian, Chief, lives at a Farm on Main Street.
Recently retired Health Insurance Executive Director, having spent 45 years in Health Insurance with Prudential, United Health Group and most recently 17 years with Aetna. Experienced hiring, evaluating, and managing staff, managing budgets, interpreting regulations and the impact on the business and designing models and analytics. Effective at working across departments to achieve results and bring teams to consensus.
Graduate of The College of New Jersey, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western New England University 2010, and Master of Science in Business Analytics from University of Connecticut (2019).
Assisted with fundraising for South Windsor High School Cheerleading and Track teams 2005 to 2007. Member of the Human Relations Commission since 2012, Alternate to Board of Assessment Appeals since 2018, and Alternate on Planning and Zoning.
When downsizing to a retirement home, only looked in South Windsor, and ended up moving 4 doors down the street. Have a four-year-old Black Lab, Luna. I want to see South Windsor maintain the unique culture that blends, strong schools, family friendly community, farms, and nature.
